Hattah-Kulkyne National Park

Two days to get away from it all..  a 6 hour drive up the Calder. Despite recent rains the Murray has still not flooded sufficiently to fill the lakes in this national park. Since this is their only real source of water things were pretty dry. It's curious mix of the mighty Murray river and the dry of the Mallee which provides for an enormous diversity of vegetation and animals. There are seven panoramas in this tour.
