The Arts Centre

[ Location ] The Arts Centre remains a prominent feature of the Melbourne skyline despite adjacent developments obscuring it's view from some angles. But those lights in the trees? First there were fairy lights, then blue light and now green (but of course, they are trees... don't all trees glow green at night?)
