Ruins

For some reason, certain areas of Victoria tend to have a relatively high concentration of old ruins of farm buildings or churches like this one. This is one of them. The ruins on this page are in the Portland/ Cape Bridgewater area and as you drive around the back roads you'll find plenty more. By coincidence, whenever I went to photograph any of these ruins I always had some sort of encounter with animals, whether it was a herd of cows coming to check me out or an inquisitive horse that was intent on searching my camera bag for food and standing directly in front of my camera as if to have it's picture taken.
