The Ararat Project

The Ararat Project was, and still is since I haven't finished all of
my developing yet, a very interesting experience from many points.
In essence some 40 professional photographers were invited to Ararat
to shoot for four days, eat good food, drink good wine and produce a
few prints for an exhibition, a kind of photo essay of the
shire.
Like all good photographers we never spoil a shot by getting in
it ourselves and so there is no group shot of the people who
attended.
I had started a separate section for the pictures that I had
taken over those few days but I've ended up incorporating them into
the rest of the site instead. Scattered around this page are some of
the 'better' shots from the weekend.
