Partial Height, Horizon not Centred

This panorama has a vertical FOV of 100° but the camera was pointed up at 20°.  The simplest way to display this panorama is to increase the canvas size of the image so that the horizon is in the centre and then restrict the tilt limits to prevent the blank area from displaying.
