Big Ben's Panorama Tutorials

Control Points

Much of Panorama Tools relies on optimising control points, that is, selecting matching sets of points from adjoining images to provide information on how to overlap the images. In an uncalibrated system this is the key to success, but as with any computer program, the quality of the information you get out depends on the quality of information you put in.
